• These elegant drop down spiral earrings feature brilliant 6mm beads. Choose between Amethyst (purple, gemstone), Onyx (black, gemstone), Pearl (5mm, crystal core, simulated pearl), or Turquoise (simulated resin).

How do you put in these earrings?

These earrings are sometimes called, “corkscrew” earrings, because you twist them, to insert them. The shorter and round end slips through the front of your piercing, and you pull downwards while gently rotating the earring, until it sits upright in your ear. This fun symmetrical design, is an original creation and truly a one of a kind.

Amethyst: Genuine gemstone. Has natural occlusions (looks like slivers of lighter colors), indicating its authentic beauty. Please allow for slight variations in color in your amethyst, since they are from the earth, genuine pieces. However, these are Grade AA (excellent, high quality), and have a deep rich purple hue—the color most associated with amethyst. In natural light, they appear more bright, in a lit home the appearance is darker/deeper in hue.

Black Onyx: Genuine gemstone. This rich, deep dark black gem is solid in color and durable. It has been used for jewelry accents for literally thousands of years. Expect to keep these beauties forever, and enjoy the color pop/contrast against sterling silver.

Pearls: Simulated pearls. These beads are handcrafted to look similar to real pearls. The benefit of having a crystal core pearl, with a lacquer finish, is that it is perfect in depth, color, and shape. The weight and feel of these beads are similar to true pearls, and the surface has a bit more endurance than the soft surface of a pearl.

Turquoise (not a gemstone): Color only, this turquoise is a resin mixture. This mixed resin, is to achieve a consistent texture and surface color. Sleeping Beauty Turquoise (in this case, the color) is one of the most stunning accent pieces.
