Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on all our jewelry, within 30 days of purchase. It has been longer than 30 days, do contact us if you need help with your jewelry. Contact us first through email at hello@hoopsbyhand.com. In most cases, we will send you a return label, for you to return the jewelry. For the safety of our jewelry, we ask that certain pieces be returned in a padded envelope. You will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping to return the item to us. The cost of shipping is approx. $4.95. Please allow for 7-14 days for us to process returns. We do not process returns until the item has been returned to us and inspected.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on all our jewelry, within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first through email at hello@hoopsbyhand.com. In most cases, we will send you a return label, for you to return the jewelry. For the safety of our jewelry, we ask that certain pieces be returned in a padded envelope. We charge a shipping fee of approximately $4.95, to send the new item back to you. If the item you would like to exchange for is more expensive than the original piece, we'll have you purchase an upgrade label for the price difference. In some cases, we may choose to refund the original piece of jewelry, and ask for you to purchase your desired piece of jewelry. Please allow for 7-14 days for us to process exchanges. We do not process exchanges until the item has been returned to us and inspected.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please be sure to put in your correct address at checkout, so we can be sure that your package arrives to you. If your jewelry package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund you the cost of jewelry, minus the cost of shipping. We will contact you if we get your jewelry item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or custom made orders.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
