The earrings came quickly and nicely packaged. Diane answered all my questions and even sent me tutorials on how to fit them onto my ears. Excellent customer service!
The seller reached out to send me the helpful how-to video and rectified a system glitch with my address. The cuffs came very quickly, look pretty durable and are very cute. I can tug on them pretty hard and they still do not come off. I will say, the how-to video was not so helpful for me as my ear is flat instead of curled at the top, but I managed to get them on.

My cuff was almost lost in the mail, but showed up 2 days after it was "delivered". I appreciate the shop's quick response when I reached out. Thankfully, here it is and I love it.
