I got these earrings with latch closures. Initially, I gave them a 3-star rating due to latch tightness. Diane, the shop owner, has contacted me to see if she could improve my experience, and I sent the earrings back for adjustments. I received them today. The wires have been filed upon my request, and the locking mechanism seems to work smoother. I am very grateful for excellent customer service — the hoops are now perfect! They are just the right size for casual wear and have a pleasant weight to them. Overall, it’s a nice product, and the attention I got as a customer was exceptional!
