Great customer service! Originally ordered a 9mm which was too tight for the top of my ear. Maker made it seamless to exchange for the right fit, and it fits and feels great!

I absolutely loveeee them! the hoops are so delicate and pretty. I have really small ears so I got size 9mm for my upper, and size 12mm for my lower piercing (24 gauge the thinnest). I also caught a mistake that I made and Diane caught it in time to ship me out the right item! I Will be back again!
